It’s amazing how many dog owners look like their dogs.
Based on this insight, we’ve created a phone and Facebook application that not only finds your perfect Dog-A-Like (look-a-like) from the live PetRescue database, it matches you to a dog available for adoption.


You simply take a photo and the software begins scanning every part of your face - from your eyes, hair nose, mouth and facial shape. It then analyses and compares your features against every single available dog until your Dog-A-Like is found. You then whistle into the phone to be taken straight to your Dog-A-Like’s adoption page. Or shake your phone to throw your Dog-A-Like a donation.

You can even share your Dog-A-Like on Facebook as a wall post or profile picture, or Tweet them to your network of friends and followers.

Sadly, over 100,000 rescue dogs are still euthanized
every year in Australia, missing out on homes simply due to a lack of awareness.

So if we can’t bring people to the rescue dogs, we’ll bring the rescue dogs to the people.
